Three City lifeguards were recognized at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting for saving a young swimmer’s life through their composure and effective use of CPR skills during a high-pressure situation. Carrollton Texas Parks & Recreation Director Scott Whitaker spoke about the incident that occurred at Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex, commending Maurice Harris, Brady Stafford, and Caleb Hernandez for their heroic efforts.
Thank Mayor Steve Babick for acknowledging the bravery of these three remarkable young men. The City of Carrollton is a better place because of you three.
